The client chose the website colors because she views them as "outstanding, inviting and pleasing." Since the focus of the site is text, rather than graphics, we interspersed the topic areas with large headlines which serves two purposes; The first was to break up the text into sections so that the quantity wouldn't dissuade the user into reading the information. And the second was to grab the user's attention and draw them into the site.
