SoftRAID, LLC builds RAID software for the Macintosh and requires a website for customers needing technical support, product information, and software updates which can be downloaded.

This site contains a great deal of information, so it had to be structured in a manner that was easy to navigate without getting lost or overwhelmed.

Since the software is for the Macintosh, the site mimics the look of the Apple site with the tab configuration. The tabs are always present at the top of the page, so it is easy to move from section to section. In addition, each secondary page lists where you are in the site heirarchy on the left side. The information is set up in a question and answer format with the questions listed at the top, and then linked to the answers on below.
