wanted. And even if I had, I didn't think I could communicate to
another person what my website should look like, what it should say
about me, and, especially, my personal aesthetic.

In 1995, I decided to open a custom gift basket business. This was about the time that the internet was just coming into its own, with people beginning to look on line for help with shopping ideas instead of using their local phone books. Decent web designers were far and few and those that were out there were producing mediocre, expensive sites. CGC Website Designs had so many good, inventive ideas to show off my products and catch the attention of customers to the point where I began receiving orders and phone calls.
In 2000, I once again hired CGC Website Designs to help me with a book that I had written. The subject matter was quite unique, as was the book itself, and I wanted something as special and personal as the project had been for me. The end result was wonderful. Not only was the set-up eye catching and informative but it was very easy for any level of computer user to navigate. It was a pleasure working with Cynthia. She was so co-operative and knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't work. Most of all I found that her ideas complemented the project and were very helpful in steering me in the right direction. My plans are to publish further and I will, without a doubt, continue to rely on her expertise.

In 1998, websites became the tool to promote one's business and show to the world what wonderful products one has to offer. I was a locally successful weaver and needed a greater market. Cynthia was known in town as a web designer and I signed up. Cynthia knows how to ask poignant questions which made me realize what was important to showcase. With my photos and words, she created the most magical web site, she made my stills move, faded in and out and designed like a true artist.
